Find customer service on WenX Web:
Step 1 Livechat: Open WenX web page and wait for the page to load. Find “Help” in the bottom right corner.
Click “Help” button. Enter your problem and click “Live chat”.
Step 2 Submit ticket: After entering the Help Center, click "Submit a request" in the upper right corner, select the type of question you want to consult, and fill in the relevant content, then submit.
Find customer service on WenX APP:
First click the link and select the local client to download WenX app: https://www.wenxpro.com/m/other/download

After finding help and clicking it, the dialog box of the conversation page will display your questions and the customer service staff will answer them for you:
Step 2 Submit Ticket: After entering the homepage, click the mark in the upper left corner, select "Submit the ticket" and directly fill in the questions you want to consult and related content, and then submit:
